- Items must be unworn and with tags.
- Store credit will be returned as store credit.
- Taxes will be refunded if you return your order. Duties are non-refundable.
Other International Locations
- Returns accepted within 21 days of delivery for store credit only.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
- Pre-paid labels are not available at this time.

3. Faulty or Defective Products
If your item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, we’ll meet our obligations under HongKong Consumer Law. This may include a refund, replacement, or covering return shipping.
Steps:
- Book your return via the Returns Portal, selecting ‘Faulty’ as the reason.
- Upload clear images of the issue.
- We may request more info for assessment.
- If confirmed faulty, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit and cover return postage.
- If stock is unavailable, a replacement may not be possible.
4. Returns Tender

- Same cardholder and card required for refund
